As the Chairman of the Vishwa Samudra Group, Mr. Sasidhar possesses an unwavering belief in the power of infrastructure to transform societies and economies. The dynamic driving force behind Vishwa Samudra’s ascending trajectory, he envisions infrastructure as more than just bricks and mortar; but the backbone of progress, connecting communities, enabling growth, and improving lives. Mrs. Lakshmi Priyadarshini

Mrs. Priyadarshini plays a pivotal role in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of Vishwa Samudra Group, leading the development of the wellness center in Nellore. Her responsibilities include overseeing Administration at VS Group and spearheading the design and construction of our Group Office spaces. Mrs. Priyadarshini’s extensive experience of over 10 years in actively teaching senior grades mathematics illustrates her unwavering dedication to positively shaping young minds. Additionally, she has played a crucial role as a Director for three schools at Krishnapatnam Port, Nellore, since their establishment.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail, the CSF team values her honest feedback. Mrs. Priya’s strength lies in her patience and empathy, qualities she consistently demonstrates in every situation.

Mr. Anil is not only a passionate leader who played a significant role in setting up and taking the Krishnapatnam Port, Nellore to greater heights, but has also served as an IPS officer for over two decades. He is the proud recipient of the President’s Award and has his name in the LIMCA Book of Records. Mr. Anil has a master’s degree in science, is an MBA and a Law Degree holder with an excellent knowledge in Management, Social Science, Behavioral Science and Psychology. He was involved in setting up of schools at Nellore and is currently supporting the team in setting up the Nandha Gokulam…Life School too.

An inspiring human-being whose prime purpose he feels, is to heal and help with his vast experience in human sciences.

Mr. Jalan heads the Finance function at the group level for Group F&A, Estates, Regulatory & Statutory Compliance, Legal and Central Treasury. A man with him an impressive background and a wealth of experience in the field of Merger & Acquisitions, Fund Raising, Corporate Restructuring, Investor Relations. As a B. Tech & PGDBM having experience over 22 years, Mr. Abhishek Jalan has honed his expertise in the field of Financial Modelling, Business Planning, Audit and Risk Controls, Financial controls, Budgeting, Strategy, MIS. He stands as a key pillar for the Chinta Sasidhar Foundation.

His ambition to see VSE in Asia’s Top 5 Infrastructure Companies by 2030 is on a strong path as the company expands overseas domestically and internationally with a multitude of infrastructure solutions, including India’s first Urban Ropeway Project in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, which will redefine the spectrum of urban commuting in India.

His legacy is one of rapid progress, innovation, and a commitment to leaving a positive mark on our Mother Earth. His technical expertise combined with a profound understanding of the transformative power of infrastructure, along with a rock-solid team, inspires the group to think beyond the present and create solutions that will stand the test of time.

At the iconic Krishnapatnam Port, which he spearheaded from 2006 to 2020, his diverse experience and sharp business acumen strengthened the Trading division with the creation of a spectacular Container Terminal, with state-of-the-art machines and operations. Despite the extreme challenges in marketing and sales for Containers, the terminal ensured a consistent growth of over 55% YoY, starting with 5-digit TEUs to an astounding 500,000 TEUs in FY 18-19, over 5 years.

A golf enthusiast and an ardent promoter of the sport, he started one of India’s most desired corporate golf tournaments – the Vishwa Samudra Golden Eagles Golf Championships, synonymous with Golf, Glamour and Glory.

A firm believer in community engagement and corporate social responsibility, he constructed over 500 houses for the fishermen at the Krishnapatnam Port apart from starting 2 marvellous schools for the community, in addition to other healthcare initiatives. The philanthropy arm, the
Chinta Sasidhar Foundation is committed to the society in the areas of education, creating an economy for bulls, senior living and wellness with ayurveda. As Founder of Nandha Gokulam, he is fighting a challenging cause that would positively influence the ecosystem of Bulls across the
country and reinstate their lost image. Set on a sprawling 250-acre campus in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, that includes a one-of-a-kind school of 19 acres, Nandha Gokulam would transform the way sustainable living would be perceived going forward.
